Besides, the disabled people may prefer to keep away from crowded places like the voting booths.

I doubt how many rich merc-driving people vote - as they also will tend to avoid crowds.

It seems the TOI has the most employees in the mentally-challenged category.  Does that mean the entire TOI staff will vote for the same party and candidates in the elections, according to the TOI logic?
