I wonder who is downloading black money in this election - Jagan?

I can't believe that CONmen will spend (drain) their money knowing that they won't win in AP.

On the other hand, CONartists may be spending a lot of money in Telangana so that they will win at least some seats.

TDP?  Where?  In coastal districts?

BJP? I doubt it. They already know they won't win many seats.
