....The BJP's prime ministerial nominee also clicked a selfie prominently displaying the party symbol and posted it on Twitter. After casting his vote, Modi not only fervently asked the electorate to support the BJP but also said the Congress had already accepted defeat.

What does EC expect a PM candidate to say/do???

Perhaps, EC should look into those who distribute money and make flowing promises to muslims on a daily basis.

Sesha Iyengar had guts and this Sampath Iyengar is just a Sambar Iyengar.

Actually, EC was upset that BJP used two opportunities - release of manifesto and NaMo nomination (well within rules) to its advantage. So, it is trying to vent all that anger on this 'minor' transgression. Dynasty bootlickers within EC are trying hard to corner NaMo someway or other and please their political bosses.
