Indian women are not ready for autonomy: BJP spokesperson justifying snoopgate

Like most anti-Modi/anti-BJP liberals, Idefix lies blatantly. If you listen to that whole debate even a 1000 times, you will NOT find the BJP spokesperson say that, "Indian women are not ready for autonomy." What you WILL hear her say are FACTUAL things such as:
"Women in India do not have the training to be autonomous."
"Most women in India do not have the capacity to protect themselves legally, financially or in any way."
Incidentally, I think the above statements are true for many women outside India too. Exhibit one: honorable female member of this forum who doesn't know how to use a convection oven to heat her food.

When the BJP spokesperson says "women in India do not have the training to be autonomous," does she mean that Indian women are ready for autonomy? Or does she mean that they are not ready for autonomy?
It is a strange world when snooping on an adult woman at the request of her father is justified with these words -- and I copy-paste from SomeProfile's post...

... and that is somehow better than the title of this thread!
