The fight is on - development or vote bank politics - in Kashmir.......

BJP want's to concentrate on development and jobs in J&K. CONmen want to cling on to appeasement and vote generation. BJP wants the youngsters in J&K to discuss article 370 in the context of development in the state, jobs, etc. CONartists (and their cronies) say that BJP is playing politics. Would be interesting to see what the youth and businessmen in J&K have to say.

370 prevents non J & K people from settling down or put roots in there, raise families or buy land, house.
Naturally, which company will want to set up shop there as it cannot attract anyone with needed skills.
The Kashmiris can continue to wallow in Dal Lake and develop Kaboom skills in their madrasas - thus protecting their special status
Or
become main stream.
Besides, any amendment can be re-amended. So no need to repeal 370.
Article 370 can be simply dumped and forgotten like the MH 370.
Naturally, which company will want to set up shop there as it cannot attract anyone with needed skills.
