It seems KCR revived those areas issue to deflect some attention from Scheduled Caste/Schedule Tribes to none of them as CM. He is also talking with those MIM folks to get them in his camp (offering them a ministership or two). For now they wanted Charminar to be at the center of the Telangana logo, and they got it. They will get some more as KCR gets squeezed some more from other quarters.
