PATNA: Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has criticised the Narendra Modi government at the Centre for raking up the issue of scrapping of Article 370 of the Constitution providing special status to Jammu & Kashmir and said it would have an adverse impact on the country.

"Nowadays discussion on removal of Article 370 is going on. Ending Article 370 will have adverse impact on the country," Manjhi said addressing a public reception hosted in his honour at Gaya last evening.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had made sacrifices to form India by merging thousands of princely states, he said.

Like his predecessor Nitish Kumar, the new Bihar CM justified the breaking of ties of JD(U) with BJP. ......

>>> Only a few days ago, Nitish Kumar (ex-C.M. of Bihar and the self-proclaimed political threat to Modi's P.M. chances before the elections) was asking Modi (after Modi became P.M.) to grant specially poor status to Bihar so that state can get more aid from the Center. These fellows can't feed themselves and run their own states properly, but they still offer suggestions to the P.M. on how to run his Govt. nationally.

Center should cut any and all "special" aid and packages to Kashmir starting immediately - treating them like any other state - irrespective of 370. Also, corporations may be allowed to buy land and build apt complexes which then can be sold to outsiders.

THIS IS THE SOLUTION

1) All states should be given Article 370 provision.

2) An internal immigration nsystem whereby states control their borders of entry of outsiders into state. An internal visa system administered by states.

Also implement the UCC immediately throughout India, one law for everyone in the country irrespective of region, religion, race, caste and gender. That will protect and empower all and equally, whether from the majority community or from any minority group or just as a lone person, and whether from the north (including Kashmir) or the south (e.g. TN) or the east or the west.

So, you gave up on the other methods to make your tiny village a new LTTE country? Is that why you now want the whole country to disintegrate?

I don't think that butcher Prabhakaran has such excessively brilliant ideas. In any case, your brave leader (who used innocent human shields to protect himself), unfortunately, is right now being fried like Kentucky fried chicken in hell.

This new Bihari CM seems to be extremely brilliant. I don't understand his logic.

That is because those are not his words - but Nitish Kumar's. Nitish is "abusing" an ST/SC and exploiting his CM post. These Bihari and UP caste mongers - I tell ya.
