Two things:

These Indian gurus are running amuck and fooling all and sundry.

Secondly, the courts have become like a comedy club. Life and death are medical issues. At best a team of 3 doctors (allopathic, Ayurvedic, Unani or Sidha) should be appointed to confirm that this joker is dead or alive.

Matter as simple as that.
