change for change's sake can be an egregious mistake like we found out with dubya. jeb bush cannot hold a candle to hillary clinton who IMO is the best prepared presidential candidate in the history of the US.  jeb is merely more intelligent and saner than his brother.  that is hardly sufficient qualification to be president.  when you compare him against the alternative, there is no contest.
