after two minor girls staying at a hostel on the Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church (TELC) premises said an unidentified person raped them in the wee hours of Thursday.

As many as 17 boys and three girls, all aged under 13 years, were staying at the hostel which is run by the TELC. These children belong to poor families, and the church administration gives them free education, food and accommodation.

1. Free food, car including gas and maintenance expenses, and housing for every member of the poor family for at least 20 years.
2. Free education right from primary school to graduate schools. THis should also include the Church paying for fellows like Sevaji for education at at selective institutions like Stanford.
3. Up to Rs. 1 Crore for every female child to take care of her marriage and dowry expenses.

If they do it for every family in India then I will support with converting every Hindu.

I don't think TN is ranked high on rapes.

However, it is #1 for road accidents.
