Seriously... why this clamor about this Misra dude ? Whats so special that the the BJP is moving a bill to appoint a retired guy ? He can always be a consultant to teh PMO in some capacity or Modi can twitter exchange ideas with Misra.

CONartists are just farting around. May be, they want ND Tiwari and M(r)s. Sharma to occupy the principal secretary's office! Hopefully, Abhishek Manu Singhvi's pyaari got her promotion and Diggy's bul bul Amrita got a contract with a media house for services provided.
