KCR is an angry man nowadays.

He got nothing union budget.
He is losing on polavaram even though I doubt if he is sincere about. My sense is that he wanted use the public anger to get other concessions such central grants or electricity.
He was livid at policing powers to governor.
His efforts to screw Krishna delta failed.

He still remains some what of an enigma.  He is prone to sudden moodswings and spur of the moment decisions.
