I was hoping to skip gym today, but looks like I will have to suck it up and go today.

Went home, skipped gym, was too tired. Munched on a few cashew nuts and namkeen shakkar pare (went overboard by a 100 cals), and dropped on my bed at 7:30 pm, after putting bed sheets in the washer. Heard it make loud scary noises after a few minutes. Realized I have forgotten to put such a big load in a gentle cycle. Reluctantly got up to fix it, but also heard footsteps. Realized XH is fixing the broken washer, so slept again. Then XH came to wake me up around 8:30p for dinner, told him I am not eating, also told him to put the sheets in the dryer, and slept again. Then I heard XH and older arguing about something around 10 pm, slept through it. Then at 4 am woke up from older texting me coz she was bored as she also woke up early. Replied back to her in all caps, thus displaying my anger at her being awake and waking me up, and slept again. Woke up eventually around 7-7:30 am. Can still sleep more.

No FH, sadhguru can give me no advice on sleeping today.
