Commission of Inquiry is a valid legal document and the people accused can be brought before the parliament or assembly and punished - as it happened in the case of IndiaG following the Shah Commission report.

The very fact that the Congress govts in Maharashtra and Delhi did not proceed to prosecute Hazare for SIX years despite the establishment of this GREAT SCANDAL by the commission.

For Rashman's knowledge, commissions of Inquiry INDICTS people, and only Courts, parliament and/or legislative assemblies can CONVICT. So for Rashman to use the word "CONVICT" and "THIEF" to describe Hazare is evidence of his half baked (make it quarter-baked) knowledge, and this time of legal system.

Congress is becoming an expert in shooting itself effectively. And, I am waiting for Pigvijay Sickji to start badmouthing Hazare to prove his janitorial loyalty to the Gandhy family.

Ettapa, i never called Hazare a thief. I only said that a thief will steal wherever he gets the opportunity. So it is not correct to say that if Hazare is guilty of a small amount of corruption he is better than Congress.

with respect to why hazare was not prosecuted for corruption, manish tiwari was asked this question. why don't you listen to his interview and find out his response? i have given the video in an earlier post in this thread.
