This the "weak link" in this case. FOUR judges and the last 3 within 1 year of verdict handled the case. A sure shot argument for JJ to claim unfairness and clarity in the case for a verdict beyond any question or room for doubt.

But, hope this judge gets promoted and not get a raw treatment.
