This is pure discrimination. Nobody would take a second look at a man strolling bare-chested. Whereas a woman doing that becomes fodder for the twits. Merlot condemns these double standards.

On a side note, they ticketed her for merely strolling around (in the free-est country of them all) and there's not a peep of protest from any of our oh-so-easily outraged guardians of freedoms.
