Read the article for info on ISI vs Pak govt divisions.

Caution: These type of articles could very well be intentional leaks by Pak govt to show they are not really that bad. Making ISI the bad guy but still protecting it.

There is some possibility it could be accurate reporting.

It could also be planted by Modi's govt or BJP for political gain.

In any case,  LOC fight is going to a new stage.  ISI will not give up that easily.
