I could be wrong but in all
his years on Sulekha he has never fought with any CH poster with one
exception: gyaanputra. One CH female poster (reeta) once called him a
'gallant knight'. ag openly used to call him his Guru. SS used to call
him Sir Kris and i followed suit.

My first attempt at creative
writing on CH involved a story based on the characters of SS and Kris
and a few other people i knew on CH (and also myself). This remained
incomplete; i did not pursue it further after i had drawn the character
sketches. My second attempt at creative writing involved a story based
on SS, Kris, and me. This second story (having three central characters)
was based on the two hero Jeff Peters/Andy Tucker story 'The Octopus
Marooned' by O. Henry. I am not sure how well it came off but Subash
once asked me to repost it for him.

I remember three words of
Kris: 'Chins up, Count'. These would be written when he would observe
that i was in a despondent mood. As i have noted, and as he and SS well
know, those were different days.

I would appreciate it if Kris could shed more light on how he became the guru of ag.

PS: Everybody here knows my name, and anybody who is curious can even find my mailing address out there. So I am not worried about IP address issues.

Since our site is getting larger and may be attracting some attention, we need to start abiding by internet copyrighting rules.

You are in violation of multiple copyrights with your forum. But that does not concern me. I have advised you to protect yourself from copyright/trademark problems in case your forum takes off and Sulekha goes after you. You copied the logo for your forum from here; when pointed out, you said "it would have been a valid criticism" if I had created the logo. Yes, I did. If you want proof, look up the whois entry for chaikaapi.com.

It is the policy of All About Big Brother, one of the forums on Forumotion. Such is also one of the forums on Forumotion. So if we write a post here on such with a policy against stupidity, Rashmun will be violation of that "forumotion policy" a few times a day.

dude: Chill.. none of the links you have in your site is ORIGINAL work. They themselves are lifted or pointing to Sulekha, whose name you have liberally STOLEN. If anything, you are the one who can be accused of STEALING other site blogs - if you read carefully, the blogs on SUlekha has copyrights assigned to the AUTHOR - Kris, in this case. So, you put a link to Kris's copyrighted blog without his permission. If anything you are the one who should be threatened...

posting copyrighted articles in entirety in a discussion board is under fair use. it is not a violation of copyright. the law in the US is pretty clear on this score. as far as link is concerned, the link is already provided in the first post in this thread.

That's fine. I just want to have the forumotion policy on this issue clarified since i do not know what it is. Please recall that you were earlier saying that the Admin should not delete handle names even if asked to but then i pointed out that according to forumotion rules, the Admin has to delete the handle names if he is asked by a member to do so.

rashmun, he is not a moderator and nor is he an active admin. until you expressly inform him (via pm or via a post) that you wish that some participant stops bringing up your name, you really do not expect him to take action. max did this for you and it was followed by immediate action by admin charvaka -- he escalated the issue and HA has stopped using your name.

Rashman knows that fully - having been repeated a 100 times by everyone and he himself indulging in discussions on that issue.
