Voters in 5 states overwhelmingly voted for raisining minimum wage, would the republican majority chambers agree with them?

Question - when you go to a restaurant and they forget about you after seating you. When they finally take your order but forget to bring your drink and you have to ask twice for an extra plate, are you still expected to leave a tip bcz poor them they make minimum wage?

Not sure I understood the connection. There would be a few bad apples in any line of work just not limited to restaurant workers.
