Southern Railways makes it easy for unqualified Hindian to get jobs (law suit filed).

I posted a few days ago that 2 lakh applications rejected for not following procedures publishedx in Hindi and English. How do you expect someone applying for the job of janitor to know Hindi or English?

Now the count is 3 lakhs per lawsuit.

Also Northern, Central and all other railways require photo ID to enter exam hall. Southern railways does not require it. Is it to facilitate someone writing exam on behalf on residents of Hindi states? Law suit asks that exams be postponed.

I agree that a photo ID must be made mandatory. The same argument could be made for someone who doesn't know Hindi to send a proxy to write the exam.

Announcements must also be made in the local language in all trains, particularly in Rajdhani Express.

Central govt employees must pass a "basic" local language exam, at least an oral exam, within 6 months of recruitment or else transferred to a Hindi-speaking state.
