85th Corrupt Country in the world does NOT deserve Gita.

A country where a woman is raped every 2 minutes (every 4 hours a woman disappears in Delhi alone).
A country where a child dies every.... (minutes).
A country surveyed to be 85th most corrupt in the world.
Does NOT deserve Gita.
Its high time Indians looked within for racism, gender/child abuse, caste system, and corruption.
Glory of past cannot change the shame of today.

Why Unkil? The corrupt are merely following the precepts of the Gita. Didn't Krishna tell Arjuna to set aside his moral qualms and go forth and do his Dharma? Whether it is a politician asking for a kickback or a bureaucrat demanding a bribe for some clearance, they are merely following their Dharma, without any thought of the consequences. These are true karmayogis - role models for the rest of us, living their lives as per our National Scripture.

Merlot - You are a book reader. You have a tendency to argue on whats written in Gita? Whats written in Civics text books. Go read a book, then.

Unkil, I'm not arguing about what's written in the Gita. I'm just pointing out that the corrupt folks are also big admirers of the Gita. You too should stop drinking (unless that is your Dharma) and live your life as per the Gita.

Just the opposite, Merlot.
