Like Al Gore doesn't jet around in a private jet for economic reasons. Oh wait....

I have said this before. Attacking the messenger to cover up the policy differences is a poor tactic outside of politics. 

MLK slept around while he was leading the civil rights movement.  While right wing propagated about it, people did not care about it.  America saw a great change due to his efforts. 

Gandhi was accused of experiments with his granddaughters.  1.25 billion Indians are enjoying independence today.

Focus on the core issue. 

Emissions from coal fired electrical plants,  transportation pollution, methane gas from animals,  and Industrial pollution are the major causes of current and future environmental problems across globe. AL gore's jets are inconsequential blips in the greater scheme of things but Al gore's environmental message is a powerful one. 

Fight with his primary idea of pollution and its causes and its impact.  No problem.  But trying to make al gore the problem is a dishonest method of argument.

MLK's and MKG's transgressions were not related to their mission. Al Gore wants us to reduce our carbon footprint. Unless he walks the talk and reins in his own consumptive lifestyle, it smacks of hypocrisy. Just like those climate-talkers at Lima.
