Should India just kill all suspected Paki terrorists found on Indian soil?

Now that Pakis are showing that they are not going to stop "state sponsored" terrorism on their neighbours, should India just kill all suspected terrorists who are found on Indian soil? Apparently, the Paki prosecutors did not present the evidence provided by India, US, Headley, etc., to the Paki Court. Paki investigative agency that came to India to gather the evidence, gave it to the prosecutors. They, in turn, were supposed to present it to the court. However, they just ignored it. So, it is not the Paki court that is creating problems. It is the Paki govt that is stalling the conviction of Lakhvi, et al. In fact, why would Paki govt. provide evidence against terrorists that were operating with Paki govt's sanction? Indian govt. is moronic to expect that Pakis will somehow stop terrorism against India. This naive expectation by Indians should end. Arun Jaitley is right - India should make it unaffordable for Pakis to foster terrorism against India. In fact, India should actively destabilize PakiSatan and its economy, and destroy it through "a thousand cuts". No one in the world will show much sympathy to Pakis if that happens.

Obviously, you can't even kill a snake in India without giving it a chance to prove that it has the necessary poison and can bite without provocation ......
