This is exactly why moderate brown people should rein in the terrorists in their midst. It is a burden they need to bear for sharing the same skin color as the bad actors. Inaction is a form of support. Unless brown intellectuals isolate the violent fringe elements and demonstrate that those bad actors do not speak for all brown people, it is inevitable that all brown people will be seen as terrorists.
