......here are the reasons. Hope CD and Jagan are paying attention. The rot that is set in due to CONartistry takes time to clean up.

The past decade of UPA govt corruption and inefficiency is so deeply embedded in indian infrastructure projects even L&T is struggling to find resources to complete projects already in progress. What a mess?

vaka, *by definition*, "too many" investments would do harm; that's why there aren't too many investments.

You now sound like those old grumpy unkils who blame every shortcoming / failure on corruption. If the revenue model is itself flawed, even 100% honesty can't prevent losses.
