Blame self-deprecating Sikular Hindus (who tend to have university degrees but are not really educated properly).

Those corrupt parents who were climbing the walls outside the examination halls in Bihar to help their kids cheat, should be punished. Their kids will become self-deprecating super Sikularists and ruin the country further. They will also write that if not for Babar, Jalaluddin and Aurangazeb, India would be backward....
