Tofu Empty Tofu

...ed out, completely! I do this periodically with food, eat something obsessively until I am ready to barf on the mere mention of it. I did it with quinoa before and now with tofu.

I should, at some point learn the meaning of the word moderation. fine.

Neutral it will take me a long time to understand you but that's ok. leave all this. what was for lunch? or what is or what will lunch be. TIA.

For some reason, I am forced to think tofu as an 'engineered food'... Though initially liked it, now completely avoiding it. 

For lunch- Rice/finely chopped kale cooked with daal /spicy potatoes (grated ginger+spices).

You can say that, tofu being an 'engineered food' and for a good reason (to make it safe for consumption).
