This is a very tricky situation in Desi context. These days - that too, in IT companies people in their 50s work under dynamic senior managers in their 30s. If the Old people are not given respect they complain that young managers show disrespect to their age. If they are addressed as "Uncle" or "Mama ji"they are offended.
