Contemplating whether to go for 3rd cup of soup (made of finely chopped kale + daal + a bit of pepper).

Any kitchen gadget/tool to finely chop spinach/kale? How about this?

Anyone used this to chop veggies/spinach (fine chop)?

Flute, i liked your steaming the veggies method and using the steaming water as vegetable stock for the soups. I'm following that. Actually, i am steaming the veggies even for curries. Using the veggie water in rasam, sambar and curries.

Yes. Nowadays, mostly steaming the veggies. You could see the difference (good) in taste/texture of veggies compared to boiling/sauteing.  Unless  spinach  is finely chopped kids do not like it. So looking for tools to prepare the veggies quicker (to reduce overall time taken to cook).
