She is either pregnant or has cirrhosis of the liver or fat build-up due to poor nutrition and heavy drinking. She may also be mentally unstable. I wonder why the police didn't take the bottle away.

It looks more like a TV cop show, with the woman holding a drink (beer) in her hand at the police station, even resting the beer bottle on the cops' table, and drinking openly while arguing with the cops.

Maybe her great grandparents were from Rajasthan. She's not. 
She's from Mumbai n that's south India.
