Hi Friends,
I sent an email to Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon yesterday about the hoarding in chennai issue and attached the chat support which Dyana Immanuel posted. A guy supposedly from Amazon US called me and apologized for the mistake and wrong things said by the customer support guy.
They told, they are doing Tamil ads in other towns of Tamil Nadu and chennai being Metropolitan, they did it in Hindi. I clearly told them Metropolitan does not mean it's language has to be disrespected. I asked him to do Tamil ads in Chennai, Kannada ads in Bengaluru, Marathi ads in Mumbai, Bengali ads in Kolkata and do Hindi only in Delhi.
