We were all born as blank slates.

We learnt what we did over time.

Now, we are who we are based on our choices, or the choices that our circumstances contributed to.

Good, bad, evil, saint, educated, illiterate and so on.

Gayatri Mantra in essence is a prayer which seeks wisdom to let us choose right from the wrong, in the choices we make.

And eventually defines us.

Good, bad, egoistic, classy, thief, lovable, crazy, Hindu, Muslim, dark, fair, Yadav, Iyer...- zillion others - these are only labels we get, while we live our lives on this small dot of a planet in this Universe.

No wonder, Gayatri Mantra is so important to learn about.
