watched on the flight to india -- papanasam. very well made movie except for the slight melodrama from the person portraying the female cop. i understand it's a remake of the malayalam original called drushyam. both kamalahasan and gauthami, especially gauthami were very good.

i watched mardaani, rani mukharji. was good. nothing like i imagined it to be - a helpless woman against unfair society etc.

it's on netflix if anyone's interested.
