I have not been called one yet by the men here but I see many of the gals have .
Auntie means we are sister to their Mom or Dad .
How ancient is that !
Not as if they are God's special creations either ..young and dandy ...

well here aunty is more like an adjective. i mean the way i understand it. it means u r fat and old and don't care about your looks anymore.
It's clearly not true and it's been addressed many times before but people still use it. May be that's why nobody responded here. It's a waste of time n energy.

I wasnt aware it was addressed before
the men here use it freely and the women do nothing to protest
some women here encourage the nomenclature ..use it on themselves and others ...which is a shame
