watch from 3:56 onwards for an important life lesson: "Honestly, i don't think about it. I just do what i have to do. If you start thinking about that, bad things happen."

what he is saying is that its not a good idea to be too introspective. don't think too much. just do what you have to do, what needs to be done. that should be the priority rather than thinking about where you are and where you need to go. because over-thinking can be counter-productive.
