Islamabad: In yet another bid to highlight the Kashmir issue, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday vowed to provide medical help to those injured in violence there and called on the international community to ask India to provide access for treatment of victims

Recently, the real bosses in PakiSatan (the military) had a meeting with the "civilian" leaders in Sharif's "government" in which the latter were ORDERED to up the ante in the rhetoric against India using the Kashmir bogie. So these guys are scared in their pants worried about an impending coup and are saying things they themselves don't believe in. 

Modi will just ignore the BS rhetoric of the chamchas of the Paki military.  

In reality, if there is one group that is destroying PakiSatan's economy, it is the military. For a small, poor and relatively insignificant nation, Pakis ended up having a military blackhole that devours a significant chunk of their budget. When Uncle Sam closes the tap on economic aid and S Arabia faces an economic downturn, Pakis will have a lot of difficulty in sustaining their military. If and when the military loses control, PakiSatan will disintegrate into 3 nations. India can just patiently wait for that to happen. Kafirs will have the last laugh.
