Hiring for a job

Do you hire people without a resume and if that person just says they can do the job?

...and the person has bad resume and bad references?

If yes, then were you born an idiot or did you become one as you grew older?

Yup! That moron without resume for the job was hired by millions of voters.

Even his bad resume and bad references didn't deter those hiring him.

While idiots who supported him prepare for interview relevant to a job, for earning their bread.

unfortunately, as idefix rightly put it, those kind of jobs are not coming back - they don't exist anymore, i am afraid.

What I meant was, companies hire people for a job with relevant background and a resume to prove they can do that job. Everyone applies for jobs they have training, experience and show how s/he can come true, not just by saying, "I know everything" and "I'll do all that you need".

On November 8th, millions of Americans selected a moron to run the country, someone who only boasts he can do the job, has no relevant experience and very bad references. Someone no one can hire even for a paint job without relevant background.
