So as to spread Tamil culture, what do you  think of my proposal to organize Jallikattu in Uttar Pradesh?

My plan is for trained Jallikattu experts to come to UP, from Tamil Nadu, and teach Jallikattu to UPites. Once UPites learn Jallikattu the game will gradually spread all over India.
