If there's one state that deserves to be put under President's rule, it's Chhattisgarh. CMs have been sacked in the past for lesser failures

Modi has completely failed in both Kashmir and Chhattisgarh. Situation in both states has gotten worse since he took over . He is good at pulling off populist stunts like demonetisation only .
