The sad comedy in this is Sehwag will be the captain, who would be on the bench otherwise.

This Indian team, composition, and selection are real comical. The media is already focusing on SRT's upcoming 100th test century in the ODI's...

How tragic is that?

a blessing in disguise. who knows, he could have deliberately slowed it down to sit out. dhobi is a good captain of the shorter formats (esp when they play in IND) but is a mediocre one for tests. two series certify that fact.

more i read about this, more i am convinced that Dhobi did not care about this ban and may have secretly coveted it. he should never captain the test side again. heck, he should not even play tests.
