The following SI vegetarian thali has a good proportion of carbs, fat, protein, anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, pro-biotics, fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc. for healthy living. It can be improved upon by increasing complex carbs and decreasing simple carbs.......
