Majority of voters support latest version of President Trump’s travel ban, poll shows 694254636


President Trump’s travel ban has now won over a majority of American voters after the Supreme Court allowed part of it to be enacted, a new poll revealed Wednesday. 

A Politico/Morning Consult survey shows that 60% of registered voters support the latest version of Trump’s ban on some travelers from six primarily Muslim countries. 

The poll captures a stunning switch of support from previous surveys, which showed overwhelming opposition to Trump’s executive orders blocking most travelers from those nations.
