As I said in another post (on Tamil., in response to Max), this type of clicking sound, basically at the end of words, is not really an integral part of the words requiring a different label for the language or its alphabet. It's similar to someone crying or sobbing while speaking in a regular / ordinary language, as kids often do e.g. cry or sob while complaining or asking for food etc.  People don't assign in this case a different label to the language or its alphabet just because there is a crying / sobbing sound during the uttering of words. The same would be true in the first case, making clicking sound during speaking.
