Apparently there are school superintendents who are suspending students in TX for staging walkouts. One said that a school is a place to grow educationally, emotionally, and morally.

I agree. And educating adults that children's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is way more important than the second amendment. Asserting that is moral, emotional, and educational growth. I can think of no better use of these kids' time. Go kids. Ignore the cynicism. Fight on. One year of your lives is nothing compared to joining this battle here and now. Removing weapons of mass destruction from the public demands the fierce urgency of NOW!

Not to mention muzzling the protests is a free speech violation.
