This time in California's Central Valley... two people shot and wounded, and shooter arrested.

Going against the ban on assault weaponry, NRA's answer was to offer funding towards school security. Where's the fund? Each time I hear such news I am reminded of Bob Dylan's verse: "How many times must a man turn his head before he just doesn't see? The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind ..."
