ICC pondering changing LBW rules Empty ICC pondering changing LBW rules

Switch hits are gaining traction among batsmen. Anything pitched outside the leg stump and hitting the pads were not given out. Now when a batsman attempts to play switch hit and the ball pitched outside the legstump hits him on the pads he could be given out. I personally don't like the 'pitched outside the leg stump..so not out' rule. Then on the famous ball to Gatting by Warne, if it had hit his pads wouldn't have been given LBW.

that's a good move. while they are at it, they should also allow more than one bouncer per over. maybe two.
