politics of sc health care decision

US SC is likely to announce its health care ruling next week. What is your prediction? What are its likely political implications?
my two cents:
90% strike down mandate to buy insurence. Major blow to obama and boost to romney.
50% strike down entire law. Problem squared for obama.
unlikely - uphold the law. Major relief in obama camp. No bump but no loss either. That is a victory.

Was listening to some discussion. While the mandate is opposed by many on constitutionality and the Limbaughites and palinists (and other low IQ idiots), most like some of the provisions. Covering those upto 26 is very popular, and removing pre-existing condition and limits on max healthcare are popular with people (but not insurance/wall street looters). covering all kids under 18 is VERY popular - although, it is ironical that many of the kids parents are poor Limbaughites (shows how stupid they are).

So even if the Mandate is struck down - doubt it if one were to compare the call for car license and auto insurance mandated by states - by forcing the insurance companies to cover under 26, and covering all kids under 18 will alleviate much of the health care problem. that leaves those who are laid off and cancelled insurance to worry about.

Anyway, not even president PALIN can cancel/revoke the healthcare bill in its entirety.

agreed on 26 year children coverage;pre existing problem coverage; etc some good ideas. Every one except extreme right agrees with them.

Health care.lsw cost dems too much including house majority. Loss.of house crippled obama presidency. If he gets fav ruling he still can fight for 2nd term.
