i'm on the perricone diet with some modifications by the way. the goal is to lose 7 pounds in the next two weeks.

I'm allowed to eat the following foods:

1. my daily AM smoothie: yogurt blueberries raspberries almonds bananas.

2. tea with ginger

3.lunch: any amy's lunch plus spinach/asparagus (contains glutathione)

4.tea-time platter: pineapple, pita, hummus, sprouts, dates, eggs

5. to eat whenever i'm hungry before 8pm:

---->odwalla smoothie or vegetable juice

---->cereal

6. water and green tea with ginger before eating anything.

try using ON nutrition's total whey protein..they also make pretty good casein. I swear by it and I'm unanimous in this. no comment on rest of your foo-foo diet. whatever helps slim that lard ass is ok I guess.
