Oh, it's a nice happy ending story, thanks for sharing.

Agree, since the owner pretty much abandoned the dog, and since the rescuers seem to care about the dog- they should have sole custody:)

We have had German shepherds..they are really gentle giants, loving and loyal, and have not fully gotten over the loss of the last one, as tempted as I am- no new dogs at least for a few years.
