Biden using all his skills pulled off a major victory to slow down romney ryan momentum. Now it is time for him to step up. No excuses about format moderator or american people. The game cannot be won in this debate but it can be lost by another lack luster performance. Every question should end up in domestic policy explanation. He should not fight romney's moderate new positions but expose an unreliable opportunist behind the shifting positions.
Can he do it?
